Welcome to the TeamMates National Office High School Scholarship Application for Academic Year 2024-2025.

Click the "Apply" button on the right side of the screen to begin your application.

If you do not have an account, your first step will be to create an account after clicking the "Apply" button on the right side of the screen.

If you already have an account, you will be able to log into your account with your email and password after clicking the "Apply" button on the right side of the screen.

You will be able to save your work and come back to the application at any time up until the deadline.

Application deadline information is listed on the right side of the screen. All application information, including the letter of recommendation, must be completed by the deadline.

Applicants will be evaluated on the following categories (the corresponding amount of possible points for each category is listed in parentheses):

Academic Information (Grade Point Average & Academic Transcript) (10 possible points)
Four Essay Questions (80 possible points--each essay is worth 20 possible points)
Letter of Recommendation (10 possible points)

Eligibility Requirements:

TeamMates mentees pursuing any type of educational/training program past high school (including four-year college/university, two-year college, certification program, cosmetology school, trade/career school, military, or other educational/training program) may apply as long as they meet the following eligibility requirements:

Must be a high school senior.

Must have participated in TeamMates for a minimum of 3 years.

Must be a current mentee regularly meeting with their mentor (some exceptions may be approved by the TeamMates National Office).

Must utilize the scholarship beginning in the fall of 2025.

Some scholarships may have additional eligibility requirements (refer to the 2024-2025 Scholarship Packet for full details).

Note: If the mentee does not apply during their high school senior year, they are allowed to apply later (until the age of 25 even if they are not a current mentee at that time). However, mentees can only apply one time.
